Feel like yourself again at work

The strategies that got you this far may not be what you need for this next season. Learn to navigate career pressure, caregiving, and midlife changes with greater clarity, intention, and ease.

Why I Coach

You don’t always have the option—or the desire—to change jobs, managers, or circumstances overnight.

I’ve spent years working in demanding corporate environments, and I know what it’s like to wake up on Sunday already dreading Monday.

I also know how disorienting it can be when midlife changes the equation. Career pressure, caregiving, disrupted sleep, and perimenopause can leave us with fewer inner resources to manage what we once handled with ease. For some women, this season also brings long-standing patterns—like ADHD—into sharper focus.

What I’ve learned, both professionally and personally, is that we don’t always need dramatic external changes to feel dramatically different.

Sometimes the most powerful shift is learning to navigate this season with greater awareness, self-trust, and strategies that fit who you are now.

My goal isn’t to help you become someone new.

It’s to help you feel like yourself again.
