Helping Professionals Feel Like Themselves Again at Work
You don't always have the option to change jobs, managers, or circumstances overnight.
I've spent years working in demanding corporate environments, leading teams, navigating workplace politics, managing change, and helping organizations solve complex problems. I know what it's like to wake up on Sunday already dreading Monday. I know what it's like to wonder where your motivation went and whether you'll ever get it back.
What I've learned - both professionally and personally - is that we don't always need dramatic changes to feel dramatically different.
Sometimes the most powerful shift is learning how to relate to work differently.
My Background
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. I've spent 20 years in HR leadership, consulting, and project management roles, working with leaders, teams, and organizations that were often moving fast, under pressure, and trying to do more with less.
I'm also a Certified Professional Coach as well as a Certified NLP, Mindset & Hypnosis Practitioner, and I'm currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree as I continue expanding my ability to support others through meaningful life and career transitions.

Why I Do This Work
Many of the women I work with are successful on paper.
They've worked hard. Really hard. They've built careers, earned promotions, supported everyone around them, and done everything they were supposed to do. So why do they still feel stuck, empty, or lost?
They find themselves asking:
"Is this really all there is? Did I make all of these sacrifices for this? Was it worth it?"
They feel disconnected from the person they used to be. They question their motivation, their direction, and sometimes even their identity.
I know that experience because I've lived parts of it myself.
I don't believe you're broken, and I don't believe your only options are to quit your job or suffer through it.
I believe you can shift how you experience your work, right here, right now, without any major career overhauls you may not be ready for.
What It's Like to Work With Me
My coaching style is warm, practical, and honest. My approach includes mindfulness, increased awareness, and perspective shifts woven into your day.
We'll spend less time analyzing everything that's wrong and more time identifying what is actually within your control.
Together we'll build awareness, challenge unhelpful patterns, strengthen your ability to navigate stress, and create practical shifts that make everyday life feel lighter.
You may still have to go to work.
But you don't have to suffer your way through it.
My goal isn't to help you become someone new.
It's to help you feel like yourself again.
How I Approach Coaching
After years of working with professionals navigating stress, overwhelm, and workplace challenges, I found that lasting change rarely comes from trying harder or forcing yourself to push through.. Instead, it comes from understanding what's shaping your experience, creating awareness around old patterns, and making small, meaningful shifts over time.
That's why I developed the REINVENT™ Method — a practical framework for creating a better work experience, even when you can't immediately change your job or circumstances.
